Test shade v2 is up on the roof. 10x20, EMT frame, 80% shade cloth, corners strapped down to cinder blocks since I can't stake a roof. Gusted to 28 last night and it held. Didn't sleep. But it held. Cut the corner gussets out of scrap plywood in the shop at class. Instructor asked what piece of furniture it was for. Told him a desert. My ex says it sounds like a ship at night. It's fine. 🙃 Question. Is 1 inch EMT overkill for a 10x20 or is 3/4 enough. Asking for me.
